Big Easy Pest Control LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the pest control services provided by Big Easy Pest Control LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Big Easy Pest Control LLC provides general residential pest control services throughout Louisiana.

We currently offer:

  • Monthly Service Plans

  • Bi-Monthly Service Plans

  • Quarterly Service Plans

  • 12-Month Service Agreements

  • Month-to-Month Service Plans

We do not currently provide termite treatments under these Terms.

Service methods, materials, and treatment frequency may vary depending on property size, pest pressure, season, and environmental conditions.

2. Service Agreements

Month-to-Month Plans

This agreement is for an initial term of twelve (12) months and is billed monthly. Customer may cancel service at any time with written notice. However, if service is canceled prior to completion of the initial 12-month term, any promotional or discounted initial service may be adjusted to the standard retail rate. The standard retail rate for the initial service is $199. If the agreement is canceled prior to completion of the initial 12-month term, the discounted initial service may be adjusted to the standard retail rate.

12-Month Agreements

This agreement is for a twelve (12) month term. Customers who choose to prepay the full 12-month service upfront receive a discounted rate.

All prepaid annual agreements are non-refundable once processed. By selecting a prepaid annual option, Customer acknowledges that the discounted rate is based on full-term commitment and that no partial refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due prior to service.

  • Auto-pay enrollment is encouraged.

  • Services may be withheld if payment is not received.

  • Declined or failed payments must be resolved before service continues.

We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.

Payments are processed through third-party providers.

4. The Big Easy Warranty

All recurring service plans include the Big Easy Warranty.

If covered pests return between scheduled services:

  • We will provide unlimited re-treatments at no additional cost.

  • Customers may contact us at any time for additional service visits.

  • If consistent pest activity persists, we may increase treatment frequency as needed.

Pests may be introduced from external sources including (but not limited to):

  • Grocery stores

  • Retail purchases

  • Landscaping materials

  • Visitors

  • Weather conditions

This warranty does not guarantee permanent or complete elimination under all circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities, Safety Compliance & Product Use Disclosure

To ensure safe and effective pest control service, customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to all treatment areas.

  • Secure or remove pets prior to service.

  • Remove or protect personal belongings as directed.

  • Inform the technician of allergies or sensitivities.

  • Maintain reasonable sanitation and property conditions.

After each service, customers will receive an invoice via email that includes:

  • Products used

  • Amount applied

  • Applicable label information

  • Post-treatment instructions

Customers agree to carefully review and follow all instructions provided by the technician and included in the service invoice.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Remaining off treated surfaces until fully dry.

  • Keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the specified time.

  • Following ventilation or re-entry guidance.

  • Avoiding contact with treated areas until directed otherwise.

Failure to follow technician instructions or pesticide label directions may:

  • Reduce effectiveness

  • Increase exposure risk

  • Void warranty coverage for that service visit

Big Easy Pest Control LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow provided instructions.

6. No Guarantee of Immediate or Permanent Elimination

Pest control is a process, not an instant solution.

We strive to significantly reduce pest populations; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Immediate elimination after a single visit

  • Permanent eradication under all environmental conditions

Results may vary based on structural conditions, sanitation, weather, surrounding properties, and pest pressure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Big Easy Pest Control LLC will exercise reasonable care and professional judgment in performing services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Easy Pest Control LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing property conditions

  • Structural defects

  • Pest activity originating from neighboring properties

  • Environmental factors outside of our control

  • Damage caused by failure to follow technician or label instructions

  • Conditions not disclosed by the customer

Under no circumstances shall Big Easy Pest Control LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

In the event of any claim arising out of or related to services performed, the total liability of Big Easy Pest Control LLC shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for services within the previous 90 days.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence.

8. Plant & Ornamental Disclaimer

Customer acknowledges that plant health may be affected by environmental stress, drought, excessive rain, fungus, disease, irrigation issues, soil conditions, prior chemical applications, or other external factors.

Big Easy Pest Control LLC does not guarantee the health or survival of any plant material.

Customer is responsible for informing the technician of delicate or sensitive vegetation.

Liability for verified application error is limited in accordance with Section 7 above.

9. Refund Policy

Service fees are for labor, materials, scheduling, and operational costs.

Once service is performed or materials are allocated under agreement, payments are non-refundable.

10. Force Majeure

Big Easy Pest Control LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Hurricanes

  • Flooding

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Labor shortages

In such events, service schedules may be adjusted without penalty.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
